The issue with Benrahma is that he is very technical and has no short amount of skill… he just lacks a real footballing brain to make decisions. It’s clear how he made it in the Championship. In the Premier League, he’s so inconsistent and his skill gets him out of trouble- some of the time. The others, he’s often wasteful. He’s been afforded a lot of time and those who really rate him speak of him like a 22 year old that’ll improve and ‘come good’. Sadly, it won’t be the case. Last season was his peak.

Harsh. In truth there are a lot of comparisons between him and Micky. Neither could hit a barn door last season, both often failed to keep the ball. But what they did do is drive us forward, and were a nightmare for defenders.
