Bilic: ‘We can’t be blamed for coach incident’

|

PresserSlaven Bilic was quizzed by the media at his pre match press conference about the Manchester United coach incident. Slav answering reporters questions said: “What happened become the game, we are not proud of it but we are about to be blamed for it, what could we do as a club, not the players or the staff here but the club? We apologise, OK, the board (and) chairman apologised and that’s basically all we can do. Of course, what the chairman said that we can’t connect ourselves with the guys who have done it and that’s it but I don’t agree with you that it over shadowed what we have done on the pitch”

Asked by a reporter on how important it was to find the culprits, Bilic answered “I don’t what you are expecting me to say more about it”

Earlier today David Gold tweeted “All I am saying (with hindsight) had the Man U coach left at the same time as the WHU coach it would have arrived safely. dg”
