Hammer Vladimír Coufal and Tomáš Souček helped the Czech Republic complete their preparations for UEFA Euro 2020 with a 3-1 win over fellow finalists Albania on Tuesday evening.
The pair both started in Prague as the Czechs and bounced back from a 4-0 defeat by Italy to secure the victory.
Patrick Schick put the home side in front on 18 minutes at the Generali Arena before Sokol Cikalleshi drew the visitors level three minutes before half-time.
Souček was booked early in the second half before Lukas Masopust put the hosts back in front on 62 minutes, and the win was assured a minute from full-time when defender Ondřej Čelůstka added a third.
The Czechs now head for Glasgow to face Scotland in their Group D opener at Hampden Park on Monday 14 June. After tackling Croatia at the same venue on Friday 18 June, they travel to Wembley to take on England – and West Ham’s Declan Rice – on Tuesday 22 June.
