Goal reports that Arnaut Danjuma has rejected West ham but the fact is that just isn’t true!
The Hammers have long since rejected the chance to sign the winger, with his agent offering him to a number of clubs.
There were concerns over Danjuma’s willingness to track back, and his tendency to occasionally go missing in big games.
He was in excellent form for Villarreal last season, scoring 16 goals in 34 games in all competitions.
But the Hammers opted against making any kind of bid for the player, with boss David Moyes not convinced by his abilities.
Goal’s report makes the claim that Danjuma has opted against making a move away from the club as he bids to build on last season’s form, but the more likely fact is that there have been no bids for his services.
There is reported to be interest from Manchester United, Liverpool, and Newcastle, so it remains to be seen if there will be a formal bid for him any time soon.
One thing is for sure: He won’t be moving to West Ham.
