David Moyes says the culture of West Ham is leaks and stories explaining he was disappointed that the Andy Carroll bust-up was leaked within an hour.
Writing in his London Standard column, David Moyes wrote: “We had a discussion in the office at Rush Green. I told him it was unacceptable and sent him away. Within an hour, it seemed, it was out there for public consumption, which is also disappointing. Things go on all the time at clubs and there needs to be some privacy.”
“I’d like to change it, I think to change cultures of football clubs and change things that happen quite often take more than just telling somebody to stop leaking a story, it takes more than that.”
Moyes amazingly unaware of the irony of complaining about people talking to the press in an article in which he talks to the press.
