Deeney’s absence good news for Diop

Watford v West Ham betting preview
Geo hands out his best advice
To sting or to be stung is the question as West Ham United take on The Hornets tomorrow and I am glad to read that Troy Deeney will not be featuring as the physical strikers tend to do well against Diop.
But enough of that and I will try to turn into the Deeney of betting with bookies my Diop.
At 5/2, it is hard not to fancy the price on offer for West Ham tomorrow, team news for us is positive and the Watford team news is too….for us!
The alternative to consider for this is West Ham to score two or more goals, priced at 13/8 which would cover a high scoring draw or defeat but for my first bet. We will stick with Pellegrini’s men getting their first win of the season!

Tasty bet at 5/1 for a card!

Next up is the booking and I am heading straight to Craig Dawson, an experienced defender who isn’t a stranger to the cards as he collected 10 last season for West Brom and while he hasn’t been cautioned yet this season, I do think Haller is a completely different kettle of fish to Calvin-Lewin.

The centre back has made 2.5 tackles per game so far plus a foul which is reasonable stats for the card aspect. Haller was fouled 1.5 times last season per game for Frankfurt and then you have to consider the runners such as Lanzini and Anderson, his price is 5/1 and it is a price that I think is just too big to ignore.
And lastly, the Haller shot on target came in easy enough against Man City and it is a market I find myself having success in and one which I will stick with, IF he starts, which is important.
Felipe Anderson is even money to have a shot on target. Last season he averaged 1.6 shots per game with half of them hitting the target. He had 4 shots against Watford last season and hit the target once, which was in this fixture.
My West Ham bets
West Ham to win 5/2
Craig Dawson to be carded 5/1
Felipe Anderson to have a shot on target Evens
The below is my anytime scorer treble which is based on various data such as xG, performance so far and opposition (note-wait for line ups at 2pm before backing).
LUBALA (Crawley Town)
MADDEN (Fleetwood)
NKETIAH (Leeds Utd)
20/1
Substitute – GNADULIET (Blackpool)
