Emotional Noble in testimonial message

|

CW2T0ncWEAEpXCNSwansea will be the last visitors to the Boleyn when the final match of the season is played in the stadium on May 7.

It had been thought that Mark Noble’s testimonial would become the last game played at Upton Park at some point after the last game of the season at Stoke City.

But the captain tweeted today that he had been granted a testy saying:” What an honour, thank-you to the chairman for granting me a testimonial for March 28th, blood sweat and tears for this amazing club

That will see the game played between fixtures against London rivals Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on March 19 and the home game against Palace on April 2.

Mark dropped a hint in a later tweet that Trevor Sinclair could be involved when suggesting the former player got his boots cleaned off.

The match – possibly against an all star Irons team from the past – will be updated at MNOBLE according to the skipper the tweet where he included the emotional graphic shown above.
