Fit again Zarate finds net for QPR

|

zarate actionHammers loanee Mauro Zarate has returned to QPR from the West Ham treatment table and opened the scoring in a 8-0 QPR reserves game in which he played the full 90 minutes against Barnet on Tuesday afternoon.

Zarate has managed just 71 minutes in a QPR first team shirt since his  early January arrival on loan. He has only managed just four second half substitutions for the Hoops against Burnley, Southampton, Sunderland and Hull, three of which resulted in losses.

QPR are thought to be picking up his full £40,000 per wages plus a loan fee meaning his fifteen week stint so far has cost the club around £750,000 which is just over £10,500 for every minute he has spent on the pitch.

The Loftus Road outfit considered sending Zarate back after discovering his shocking lack of fitness but he was placed on an intensive fitness regime before suffering a knee injury in March.

He  is expected to return to West Ham in the summer and take part in pre season training with the Hammers. Zarate signed a three year contract with West Ham in May 2014.

Great get fit for next year we need you back,
Problem is we need you now also sending you out on loan was one of the biggest mistakes of the season ( thanks again BFS )
    BFS OUT

Lets hope his time out/away has helped him get his head sorted out. Rather than throw a hissy fit after you get injured and can’t get back in the team, then let your trouble making agent go to the press…..just get your head down and fight for your place, Jarvis did.

Oh and probably not a good idea to pose with a burger when a relegation threatened club expose you as the least fittest player they’ve ever seen.

Lets hope you can come back and do tge business, undoubted talent there.

if sam goes our squad will be much better sam got to many favourites needs to be sacked

  • Chickenrunner says:

Sure he has favourites, they are the ones sticking up for him. They are the ones who have the same agent as him as someone else pointed out recently.About 1/3rd of our squad are tied into the same agent as the wage robber Allardyce.Even JOB & Demel(when fit)his two favourite subs he brings on have the same agent as the fat man.Im not into conspiracy theories but sometimes you have to wonder whats going on with team selection & substitutions.Too many players tied up with the same agent as the manager stinks imho.

  • Rads says:

Yeah always seems a little strange,i guess it happens at other clubs but when it appears his favs who happen to be with the same agent get the most game time when fit it is a little peculiar.Maybe Amalifitano,Nene & Zarate should sign up with Curtis if they havnt already,it will probably get them some minutes on the pitch.Im up for a good conspiracy theory Chicken, lets run with it,lol 😀

If BFS stays which is looking more likely Zarate,Nene,Alfitano are history because they are not wanted under his it’s my way or the highway,
What a way to watch the collapse of a great club and DS and DG have the nerve to call there selves fans, this is all about business they have millions and not a lot of time to spend it but they intend to walk out of our club with as much money as possible,
I just hope we don’t end up like Birmingham,
Sorry Hugh gone off subject but aren’t you getting that bad feeling in your guts.
