Guess which former Iron wants Swans job :-)

|

harry-redknapp_1799507cThe Hammers finished off former Swansea boss Bob Bradley’s reign at the club on Saturday and now an ex Hammers manager wants to take the job.

American Bradley had been thin ice for a long time but Slaven Bilic and the team took an axe to the piece he was standing on with their 4-1 drubbing of the Welsh outfit.

And it didn’t take long for old Harry Redknapp – now doing his bit for BT Sports and Talksport – to throw his hat into the ring as the club’s  next manager.

Quoted in another of his media outlets – the London Evening Standard – Redknapp, 70 in March, is reported to have told Talksport: “It’s a good club Swansea. Where they’ve come from and what they’ve done. You go there and the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic for their games at home.

“I’ve not heard anything, I’ve had no approach from anybody but it’s a good club.

“You’ve got the January transfer window coming up and you can pick up a couple of players and strengthen the squad a bit.”
