Hammers confident of Spurs win

|

Over 54% of supporters taking part in a Claret and Hugh poll think that West Ham will beat Spurs today at the London Stadium.

Over 32% predict a draw while under 14% believe the Hammers will lose to their North London rivals.

Since 1898 when the two teams first played West Ham have won 63, drawn 53 and lost 94.

Their last game played earlier this year at Wembley ended in 1-1 draw but the Hammers managed a 3-2 win over Spurs in the League Cup last October at Wembley.

Spurs at odds on 5/6 favourites for the win with bookies with West Ham 3/1 and a draw quoted at 11/4 by Paddy Power.

Bet Victor is offering 80/1 for a West Ham 3-0 win while a 5-0 win is 400/1 with Betfred. A  more modest West Ham 1-0 win is 15/1
