Italian media outlets are reporting that West Ham United are among the clubs eyeing Sassuolo winger Armand Laurienté for a summer transfer. The Hammers will reportedly face competition from Spurs, Juventus, and other Serie A teams for the French player’s signature.

Laurienté has been in fine form this season, delivering strong offensive performances with five goals and five assists across 34 league matches. His current contract with Sassuolo runs until the summer of 2027, meaning West Ham will need to present a compelling offer if they are serious about securing his services.

Despite the interest in the versatile winger, it’s more likely that the Hammers will focus on Wilfried Zaha, who they attempted to sign in January. The former Palace player was offered to David Moyes during the winter transfer window, however the Hammers manager rejected the chance to be reunited with the winger. Clearly the club are keen to pursue their interest in the player who would likely suit Julen Lopetegui’s 433 system.
