Hammers look for crucial win tonight

|

West Ham’s under 23s will be boosted by the return of deadly duo Xande Silva and Nathan Holland in tonight’s critical bottom of the table clash against Blackburn Rovers.

The Hammers – on the back of injury hit results – travel to Ewood Park to meet the the rock bottom outfit desperate hoping for three points thus lifting themselves from 10 the place – just three places above the bottom place.

Silva has been out for the last couple of months, suffering a hamstring problem, following a bright start to his Hammers career following a £1.8 million move from Portugal.

Before he was hit with a hamstring injury he was being seen as having a chance of breaking into the first team – like Holland who is now a regular with the first team squad but suffered an ankle problem thus halting his hopes of a breakthrough.

The Hammers will be looking for a win tonight having only been victorious once in their last five outings whilst conceding 12 goals along the way.
