West Ham have published the first and second names of 47,380 season ticket holders in the London Stadium.
The four large PDF files for the four stands contain 94,760 words and assuming two words per season ticket holder that equates to 47,380 names. The East stand contains the names of 22,121 season ticket holders, the West stand has 9,471 season ticket holders. The Sir Trevor Brooking (South stand) contains just 5,074 names, finally the Bobby Moore (North stand) has 10,714 names of season ticket holders. All the names are contained on founders walls located throughout the London Stadium concourse.
The club have often claimed a figure of 52,000 season ticket holders at the new stadium but this includes the 3,700 corporate members in the lounge which presumably excluded from the founders walls. When you add in the 3,700 corporate members you get to a total number of 51,080 supporters. That is some very generous rounding up to reach 52,000.
Nice touch, now then fishy is your name fishy or cometh the moment on there 🙂
Haha I bet my name is in the kharsi if Daphnes Parish Council arranged it 😀
Daphne’s parish councils names won’t be on there P45 they’ve invested in a nice park bench with a gold plaque in the Olympic park so they can meet up and moan while staring at the stadium 🙂
Haha yeah with a couple of flasks of Bovril & 20 notepads & biros to write down anything negative they can think of.They might need 4 or 5 park benchs though. Its no standing at the OS 😀
Sean don’t hate me, but it was involving “numbers”, I may have misunderstood but doesn’t 47,380 and 3,700 make 51,080?
