The West Ham squad stepped up their training to yet another level in Switzerland today (Fri) as they prepare for their first competitive match of pre-season against FC Winteruhr on Sunday.
The club intend to show the game live on their Facebook page with coverage starting at 2 pm ahead of the 3pm kick off.-
Manuel Pellegrini looks set to adopt the two sides per half routine and looks certain to ensure every squad member gets a run out ahead of the match against Wycombe Wanderers next Saturday and Preston North End the following Saturday.
They follow that with games at Aston Villa on the 25th and Ipswich Town on the 28th with the final game before the season kicks off coming in the Betway Cup Final on Tuesday July 31 against Bundesliga outfit1. FSV Mainz 05.
Thematch will kick off at 18:30 CEST (17:30 BST).
