He’s on his way – Hammers iron out final details

|

SnoddyWest Ham are in the final stages of clinching the deal for Robert Snodgrass.

Barring any late hitches the Hull midfielder will become a Hammer although the medical won’t happen until the last details on the fee to Hull and the player’s personal terms have been clinched.

We understand that the club will pay £6 million plus add-ons and it is on those that final is are being dotted and ts crossed at the moment.

However it has been confidently predicted to us that the deal should be in place within the next 24-48 hours which will then be followed by Snodgrass’ visit to Spire Roding Hospital for the medical.

Slaven Bilic has been particularly keen to get the player as he sees him playing in a wide right role with Michail Antonio operating through the middle off Andy Carroll.

Snodgrass is expected to be offered a three and a half  year deal on wages of around £50k a week.
