Up to nine of the Sheffield United teams players could be ruled out of the game against the Hammers this weekend.
The eight are Max Lowe, Ben Osborn, John Fleck, Rhian Brewster, Rhys Norrington-Davies, George Baldock, Ollie McBurnie and Daniel Jebbison. William Daugaard Osula may also be absent.
The Blades took a battering from Newcastle United in a horrific 8-0 loss last weekend which will help the Hammers mentality going into the game with confidence, no doubt, incredibly low among the Yorkshire outfit’s squad.
The Blades are currently sat at the bottom of the league but absolutely nothing can be taken for granted and of course they must not be underestimated.
However, we can certainly not consider a third successive league loss at this stage of things and no doubt the manager will be putting out his strongest team for the game.
