Invitation to all followers but get the tin hat out

|

Anybody who has ever attempted to give player ratings after a match for a public platform will know that abuse and praise normally come in unequal parts!

Abuse is usually favoured LOL!

Obviously the old chestnut “What match were you watching” appears a little too often to be considered particularly original but generally raises a smile regardless.

Everybody has an opinion so as a site which loves to receive all views on everything we are this morning extending an invitation to those who would enjoy the chance of giving their after match views on players.

Bear in mind though just how subjective the  issue actually is and be prepared to put your tin hat on.

Among just a few comments on a recent post about Felipe Anderson here was the feedback:

O Anderson is clearly the best player here and I scratch my head when I see a comment criticising his work rate, especially thinking of Yarmolenko who has around 15 minutes in the tank

O Think you have given Anderson to high of a mark being “hugely gifted ” doesn’t warrant a 7 …Work rate, tracking back, tackling, not turning back on the ball when somebody crosses or shoots at goal would make him no more than a 4 .

If you want to join in as a regular player ratings expert please submit here after each match – all submissions will be published but restrain comments to no more than 30 words per player.

    Hugh.
You’ve this season given players 8’s,9’s and more several times, when we’ve only won by a 2 goal margin 3 times. Giving such high ratings when we’ve only won and not trounced teams leaves no area for a higher rating when (hopefully) we win by 4 or more goals.
