London Stadium not for sale claims Mayor

|

A statement from the London Mayor’s press office claims the London Stadium is not for sale dashing hopes that West Ham might one day own the former Olympic Stadium.

A Statement by published by KUMB.com obtained by one of their members read:  “I can confirm that the Mayor’s position remains the same; the London Stadium is a public asset and will stay in the ownership of the taxpayer, The Moore Stephens report, the independent review commissioned by the Mayor last year, said that the process could not be rushed, the contracts are complicated, and it would take time to work through the issues which is exactly what LLDC are doing – but progress is being made.”

“LLDC have significantly reduced the cost of the seat moves and are looking to make further efficiencies here; they are working with the stadium operators to reduce the high operating costs. LLDC are also working to maximise the commercial opportunities by staging events beyond the Premier League and they are looking to address naming rights as well as the fees paid by both of their main concessionaires.”

Will become a white elephant for the tax payers so in the end the London stadium will be sold to West ham Kahn won’t be mayor for always and maybe better he goes to Liverpool to be mayor as he doesn’t support a London club anyway and costing the taxpayers millions of wasted money instead of clawing back cash by selling. A new mayor will be looking at selling this and athletics moving to Birmingham and c palace
