Masuaku for Fulham speculation explained by Hammers

|

West Ham have received no inquiries for Arthuur Masuaku despite many rumours to the contrary!

There has been regular speculation that the left sided player was a target for Fulham with his former Olympiakos boss Marco Silva  a big admirer.

But we have learned this afternoon there has been no interest shown in a player who made just 13 Premier League appearances for the Irons last season – most as a late sub.

The Hammers are still taking to the Cottagers about a possible switch by Issa Diop but when we asked a key contact inside the London Stadium about Mauaku we were told that no interest had been shown at all and that his name had never been mentioned.

Sadly this demonstrates how some media outlets leap onto a stray possibility of something existing between a former manager and player and put together a report which is way off the truth.

When was the last time we made any money selling a player? Rip up his contract and buy someone better
