West Brom boss Slaven Bilic has little chance of making an offer for new Baggies cult hero – on loan Hammer Grady Diangana once the situation in the game gets back to normal.

One assumes that the transfer window will open on time with most predictions be that we could be approaching a semblance of normality by June.

And there were strong rumours ahead of the present position that Slaven was keen on Grady with a price of £10 million being mentioned.

However, we understand manager Moyes is a fan of the youngster and  is understood to be keen on bringing him back to the Hammers in the summer.

And with the uncertain situation surrounding what could be a seriously flattened transfer market the club will not be letting any of their promising youngsters out on the cheap.

The academy product has made a massive impression at the Hawthorns despite suffering injury problems and will add even more competition to what is beginning to look a very competitive midfield.

  1. And if the season is completed and West Ham are relegated, what happens then? Are you sure Grady would want to stay and play for The Winner?

  2. lf West Brom are promoted, & West Ham relegated , will he want to stay & play another season in the championship. West Ham would need to unload players to reduce the wage bill. West Brom would be in a position to pay him prem league wages & he would get regular 1st team football. He loves it at West Brom.

  3. Come on boys, do I sense a bit of pessimism here? Pull yourselves together. No relegation and Grady back, easy.

    • Sorry Whambo, lm a Baggies fan,so lm hoping he does come to us on a permanent deal.Bilic loves him. Will he get game time at West Ham if they stay up ?You have a big & expensive squad to keep happy.
