Pablo promises non stop action

|

Pablo Fornals is in the form of his life right now.

And having returned from international duty he is ready to help put it across Everton at Goodison Park tomorrow (Sun)..

Unsurprisingly, the 25-year-old also made his mark at international level, assisting a goal within two minutes of his return in a FIFA World Cup qualifying victory over Georgia, then scoring another in an away win in Kosovo, before making a substitute appearance in his country’s UEFA Nations League final defeat by Italy.

He is now of course a key member of the Irons squad – one of the first names on the team sheet and a player we have grown to admire over recent months.

Pellegrini has taken a lot of knocking from us and others in the past but he clearly knew what he was up to when bringing in the Spaniard during his time at the club – the lad can consider himself a big siuccess.

And commenting ahead of the match tomorrow he said:  “I think Everton made some really good signings – Andros Townsend is playing really well, and Demarai Gray as well – and I think are a good team,” Positionally and tactically they are really good, but we want to get the three points.

“We can cause problems for them like we cause problems for everyone, by pushing, never stopping running and trying to smash the game from the start until the end. That’s what we are right now and that’s our way to play and how to make our fans happy.”
