Barry Silkman is the man who got Lucas Paqueta to agree terms with West Ham, is a top agent and a top bloke!
Normally Claret and Hugh would not dream on becoming involved in politics but on this occasion we feel entirely justified in doing so given the horrific attack on Israel.
Silkman is Jewish and utterly appalled that there has been total silence from the Football Association on the issue.
He said on his Facebook page: “Still silence from the FA and the clubs over support for Israel and the Jewish community.
They jumped on Black Lives Matter in a flash. Was that because there are so many black players ?
Amazingly there are almost no Jewish footballers in the UK so maybe that’s their reason for showing zero support so far.
As everyone knows I make my living in football but one thing I can promise if they do not show support I will annihilate them every a chance I get.”
