Pelle admits he doesn’t like the position we’re in

|

Manuel Pellegrini has made it clear that he felt the trust of the fans even during the awful start to the season.
The social media chat surrounding the team’s performance was one thing but the Hammers boss was always calm and composed during the four game horror shows.
And he is obviously pleased that the fans accept that things were changing and let him get on with the job he needed to do.
He said: “When results were not good, I never felt any protest from the fans. They trusted in what we were doing and I always trusted in my work and knew we were going to play well. The best change we did was to keep things the same.
“The turning point must continue. I don’t think we are in a top level because we beat Manchester United. I don’t like our position in the table so we must keep working.
“I think we must play against Brighton and be the team we were last week.”
