Javier Hernandez joined West Ham in a three year deal in July 2017 in a £16m transfer fee with a contract worth up to £145,000 per week to the 30 year old.
He has been no secret of his frustration and desire to leave at various times during his short stay at West Ham and was available again in the January transfer window if a club could meet the Hammers valuation. A move to Valencia went cold as the Spanish club turned their attentions elsewhere and his huge wage demands remain a stumbling block for many European sides.
On Friday he bagged his 50th Premier League goal and seemed to be showing a bit for form for West Ham getting the nods ahead of Marko Arnautovic who was forced to sit on the bench for the majority of the game.
Club insiders suggest he will be one of six Hammers available in the summer again along with Andy Carroll, Lucas Perez, Winston Reid, Arthur Masuaku and Pedro Obiang.
