Ray Stewart: Watch out Solskjaer we are on our way

|

ClaretandHugh’s exclusive blogger Ray ‘Tonka’ Stewart takes a look at tomorrow’s game in Manchester and can only come to one conclusion.

It’s a huge game with both clubs looking to enhance their European prospects and I can’t see beyond my boys in claret and blue.

They have proved time and again this term they are as good and better than any team in the Premier League. Even Man City got a shock and we should have drawn up there.

Make no mistake when a team is playing as brilliantly as West Ham Unted are right now it means the entire squad are mates and refuse to entertain any thoughts but winning!

And tomorrow I’m expecting this amazing team of ours to beat Manchester United because we are as good and better than them at our best.

Just as was the case in my great team of 85/86 these boys are together and the idea that you can be beaten doesn’t enter your head – it really is all for one and one for all.

Relegation? Don’t even know what the word means – never wanna hear it again and I don’t think we will with this manager in charge.

I’m more than excited by these Hammers because they are such fighters and the idea of defeat against whoever it may be simply doesn’t appear to enter their minds.

The way they performed at Manchester City showed exactly how good we are but although United won over there, they are not a team in whom their fans can have great faith from game to game as they can chuck in poor displays.

Defensively we are superb and the midfield is outstanding and goals are coming from all over. Although Jesse Lingard can’t play we have options and can create counter attacking options which can really trouble the Reds.

They also have injury problems to the likes of Pogba and Rashford which is more good news and we are looking pretty well ok.

We are the new breed on the block and I’m convinced we are gonna roll ’em over.

We’re on our way Solskjaer!

Great post Tonka, the other teams have so far done us huge favours, they have opened the door with less than expected points tallies, it’s up to us now to head through that open door with confidence to take the fight to Utd and show what an average bunch they are. Get into Fernandes if he plays, if you take him out of the game they are a fraction of the team they are with him playing as a team we are the superior of all in the league right now COYI!!!
