Report: Chilean manager agrees terms with West Ham

|

Fresh reports have emerged out of Chile overnight that Manuel Pellegrini could be announced as the next West Ham manager on Monday.

Pellegrini has been in charge of Chinese Super League outfit Hebei China Fortune for the past two years, failing to achieve similar success to his time at Manchester City at the Etihad. However, according to Chilean media outfit Pauta, Pellegrini has already agreed his return to the Premier League.
The publication reports the 64-year-old agreed terms on Thursday and will be unveiled officially on Monday.

Bookies have responded to the reports by making the Chilean manager the odds-on favourite overnight.

The manager is thought to earn £10.5m in China who season doesn’t finish until November.

Whether the report has any truth in it remains to be seen with competing reports claiming that a formal approach is about to be made to Newcastle for Rafa Benitez. I doubt this is the end of this story just yet.

Really don’t want Pellegrini but probably the best realistic bet if Rafa falls over.

I hope all the idiots who wanted a any foreigner instead of Moyes are satisfied if we get him.
