Reports from Turkey suggest that West Ham has already agreed on personal terms to land their first signing of the Summer in the form of Gary Medel. Turkish media www.superhaber.tv claim that a deal for the Chilean has already been reached with Medel despite having a contract with Besiktas until June 2020.
The 31-year old joined Besiktas in August 2017 from Inter Milan for £2.25m but West Ham was hoping to land him for free in the winter transfer window.

Having spent some time playing for Inter Milan, he has the experience of the premier league before, playing for Cardiff City in the 2013/14 season.
