Rice promises to do a Nolan chicken dance

|

Declan Rice has promised to do a Kevin Nolan type chicken dance next time he scores a West Ham goal.

The 22-year-old made the comment on Soccer AM on Saturday morning when he appeared with his new look beard.

Rice has scored four Premier League goals in total, one of them a penalty against Sheffield United this season.

Last season it was a solitary goal against Watford in the 36th minute.

He scored his other two goals in the 2018/2019 season, one against Arsenal and the other against Newcastle, both at home at the London Stadium.

Kevin Nolan joined West Ham on 16th June 2011 nearly ten years ago. The Hammer went on to make 157 appearances in a spell that lasted just over four years, scored 31 goals, and led the Hammers out of the Championship and back into the Premier League.

Rice has for some way to catch up with his assistant coach!
