Snoddy reveals Haller’s nickname

|

Robert Snodgrass has nicknamed Sebastien Haller ‘Harry’

Writing on his personal Instagram  Snoddy wrote to the West Ham striker saying ‘What a finish Harry!’

Former Hammer Jack Wilshere saw the funny side replying “Love it Snods’

Haller replied too showing perhaps he does has a sense of humour by saying  ‘Please stop with this!!’ with five crying laughing emojis.

The Ivory Coast international brought a splash of style to a boring London derby with his acrobatic effort from Vladimir Coufal’s cross which cancelled out Christian Benteke’s opener.

Haller, who scored similar goals against Watford and Bournemouth last season, has struggled to find the back of the net on a regular basis since his £45m club-record move from Eintracht Frankfurt. Last night’s effort was just his third Premier League goal of the season and his 10th since joining last year from Germany.

Hammers manager David Moyes was delighted to see a moment of class earn something from a sluggish display after he revealed that his side had endured a disrupted preparation for the match, including a cancelled flight back from Leeds.
