Transfer News: 50 Million bid for Danish winger

|

PioneWest Ham are claimed to have submitted an official for FC Midtjylland’s Danish wonderkid Pione Sisto after Hammers scouts have written glowing reports on the rising star.

Reports suggest that Super League’s most coveted player Sisto may be on the way out the door in FC Midtjylland in the next few days if the right deal can be struck.

According to Danish Newspaper Ekstra Bladet, West Ham overtaken other admirers of the player with a bid of just over 50 million Danish Krone which converts to around £4.9m. The offer includes certain sell on conditions and performance related bonuses to the increase the amount on offer to FC Midtylland.

The report also suggests another unnamed Premier League club has joined the race in the past days and could also be ready to put a bid for Sisto.

Just our price the Spuds will pay about £12 million for him,
If we were interested why did we not bid for him 3 weeks ago ?
    Agents talk again
    More smoke

    • COYI247 says:

More smoke? How depressing! This guy is THE business. Makes all the other dross on offer…or even not on offer…look like…er …er …DROSS! This Sisto is the ONLY player worth going for as far as I am concerned….so I hope it is not a smoke screen…but fear that you are probably right.
Incidentally, as for Adebeyor: ALWAYS beware any Spurs players: I remember Robbie Keane missing an unmissable sitter that ultimately relegated us. Ball came in from the left (Bobby Moore stand end), he was almost on the goal line, before and in front of keeper. The ball squeezed between him and the goal line without him touching it; like he sort of stopped his foot touching the ball. The barest of touches and it would have been in the net. It is the most suspicious miss I have EVER EVER seen. A Spurs player in Claret and Blue relegated us. Lovely! And if we bought Adebeyor, Spurs would still be paying some of his wages! Please EVERYONE AND ANYONE send this reminder to the 2 Davids. Spurs players are enemies in the camp. This is not controversial; Levy’s hatred of West Ham (beyond business sense) is not even an open secret; it is publicly known! Sean: can you reply to this to say you have heard it, please and even get it through to the powers that be?

I couldn’t agree more about that Robbie Kean miss, I too was sat in the BMU and my nan could have tucked that one away!
Defo dodgy business went on there…….

  • Dainon says:

My wife’s Danish & I’m currently spending a lot of time in Denmark & this guys a real talent

He’s the best player in the Danish league and has the potential to get even better, he’s young, fast and scores goals. I watched him destroy FC Copenhagen last season all on his own scoring 2 goals and making them look like amateurs.

Another good thing is that he is playing for the Danish youth teams and plans to play for the Danish national team ive seen him score a few goals for the Danish u21’s… both his parents are from Africa (not sure where) but he wont be going to the ACoN – Oh and we signed Winston Reid from this same club so hopefully that might help

The locals are saying he is their brightest star, He is a bit of a rough diamond but I would snap him up if we get the chance — reminds me of Bolasie at Palace

  • CraigG says:

    Sounds good Dainon,about the player & having a scandinavian wife,lol 😀

    • Dainon says:

Its working out ok so far 😀 – I hope we do sign him cuz ill get a lot more of West Ham on the TV

  • danielson79 says:

His showreel looks inpressive. Looks like the kind of player we could do with, direct pacey and not scared of defenders. £5m looks a good price for him tbh.

With him lanzini and payet in midfield we could do some damage.

  • bubs says:

Why Dainon have we waited until now is it because he came to light playing against Southampton,
Do you know who the other team is in for him ?

    • Dainon says:

I’m not sure Bubs might be cuz he’s still 19 or 20 and only started playing first team football last season (maybe a few games the year before) I think Ajax or PSV had a bid turned down in the summer but my Danish is very elementary so I struggle to keep up with the press & TV .. Yeah Prob the games against Southampton brought him to everyone’s attention again .. Lots of talk of scouts coming from far and wide to watch him but I’ve never heard of us scouting him.

  • essexclarets says:

There will be a lot of late deals in the nxt couple of days, so many players have been so over priced that no one will pay silly money on them. Watch as prices tumble as teams get desperate to sell so they can get the players they really want.

  • Dainon says:

oh I just remembered this.. it caused some shock here. His mum & dad celebrated him being called up to the Danish squad by gate crashing his press conference .. its eye opening

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YSv1d709Rxc – (hope it works)

  • bubs says:

Your mum and dad seem like nice people but it’s frightened my dog he won’t watch my computer any more but my wife thinks she knows them,
Do they drink a lot to

  • bubs says:

Sorry Dainon not your mum and dad that’s the problem in my home to my home to much beer but I can’t stop my wife laughing and the dog won’t come back in doors,

  • Michael Miller says:

Apparently, he’s turned us down and is going to Porto!
