West Ham barometer remains in the doldrums

|

The good news is the barometer hasn’t fallen any lower as we lost to Burnley last season as well.

The West Ham barometer produced exclusively for Claret and Hugh by Andy Dennis shows us stranded on minus nine points.

This is a like for like comparison on last season against the same fixtures with relegated teams matched with corresponding promoted teams.

With losses against Spurs at home, Chelsea away and Wolves away last season it guaranteed not to fall lower than the current minus nine for the next three games but with no win in six games in the league it difficult to see where the next result will come from.

Our fall to 16th place in the Premier League table demonstrates the doldrums we have experienced since the early positive results when we were plus two points on the barometer after drawing with Bournemouth. It has been one-way traffic since then.
