West Ham United are close to completing a deal for Man City winger Carlos Borges according to Fabrizio Romano. It is understood that the deal for the exciting attacker is as good as done, with only minor formalities remaining.
Borges was the best player in Premier League 2 during the last campaign and is regarded as one of Europe’s best talents. The signing would be something of a coup for West Ham with the likes of Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain also interested.

According to the Italian journalist, the initial fee is £14m but there are significant add-ons. City are also understood to have inserted their usual buy-back clause into the agreement.
The 19 year old left winger is Portugese but crucially qualifies as a home grown player. The rapid winger skillful and possesses an eye for goal having scored 24 times last season.
Being positive unlike others I believe its a good move to sign up and coming players. There is so much criticism about age of squad and cost of long established players let’s go for youth at last.
Won’t have any option as getting experienced players who can add value is nigh onbimpossible!
