West Ham v Man City: A day I’ve never lived down

|

4-0-Franny-lee-escapes-a-Bobby-Moore-tackleI was invited to offer my thoughts on the weekend’s clash against City  on Betway’s Fan v Fan blog this week.

It’s always good to remember stuff from the past and given one game in particular was possibly my most embarrassing 90 minutes of all time, I decided to share it publicly for the fist time.

What an afternoon that was – still remembered with awful reality many years later.

Our picture from the game shows one of the extremely rare occasions when Bobby Moore was beaten in the tackle by man of the match Francis Lee.

This weekend’s match could become the match of the season at the Boleyn and I was happy to give my thoughts on it at  https://blog.betway.com/football/west-ham/fan-v-fan-man-city-are-responsible-for-my-most-embarrassing-90-minutes-of-all-time/
