West Ham valuation revealed

West Ham are valued at £831m according to a new table by website (sqaf.club)

That rates the Hammers the seventh most valuable club  in the Premier League outside the traditional top six with Crystal Palace ranked eighth at £650m

Top is Manchester United valued at £4.8 billion followed by Liverpool at £4.2 billion

Third is Manchester City valued at £4 billion and Chelsea fourth at £2.5 billion

Spurs are ranked fifth at £2.2 billion with Arsenal sixth at £1.8 billion.

Newcomers Luton Town as the cheapest valued club at just £26m

Last year Daniel Kretinsky paid £168.75m for 27% of West Ham valuing them at £625m

If this table is to be believed he is already making a return on that investment.
