West Ham are in need of a major rebuild this summer, and when one looks at the list of possible departures, it can seem quite daunting. So, Claret & Hugh have decided to take a look at which Hammers are going and why this summer could be the busiest transfer window yet.

Vladimir Coufal: West Ham retain a one-year option on the Czech right-back, but the player could be on his way.

Kurt Zouma: The Frenchman will not be offered a new deal, and the club would accept an offer if one came in. There are concerns he would not pass a medical.

Nayef Aguerd: Recently changed agents and wants to leave, with the club expecting Saudi interest.

West Ham are looking to sell Zouma and Nayef Aguerd could be off too

Angelo Ogbonna: Out of contract and highly unlikely to be given another. Great servant.

Ben Johnson: Long-serving academy graduate. Out of contract and in demand from multiple clubs.

Aaron Cresswell: The long-serving Hammer is on his way out of the club, having barely featured this season. Out of contract.

Thilo Kehrer: Expected to sign a long-term deal with Monaco.

Kalvin Phillips: Will return to Manchester City when his loan finishes.

Lucas Paqueta: Expected to sign for Manchester City if his FA investigation is concluded before August.

Flynn Downes: Likely to sign for Southampton in the event of their promotion.

Said Benrahma: His appearances for Lyon should activate his transfer clause.

Danny Ings: The club is actively seeking a new home for high earner Ings.

Divin Mubama: Out of contract and out of favour. Wants the chance for first-team football.

What a mess, Gonzo! Still can’t believe we haven’t re-signed Johnson. It’s baffling.

  • Danielson says:

Hope Flynn comes back tbh. And also hope Paqueta is sold early or changes his attitude.

Anyone who says Moyes has done a good job has not looked at the stats ….. a manager / like an employee should be judged on whether he has left a club stronger than when he joined. A depleted squad, unused youth, high back room staff turnover , looses in transfers – @500M spent – it’s laughable what the media says – let’s see where he ends up !!

Our transfer business has always been absolutely embarrassing..apart from the odd few ..400 mil that idiot spent and we got the oldest abd smallest squad in prem…we struggle to get 1 or 2 signings over the line so your having a laugh if they will replace all them players you listed ….I’ve lostt total fsith in the whole club. And if they keep moyes my god you got troubles
The way the club is run is utterly pathetic…and this is a team that gets 65 k a week in the stadium….paqueta can’t wait to go .and who can blame him ..no ambition at all..as for Ben Johnson well with the money the ditherer has wasted but the can’t give a kid 50 k a week….absolute clowns…..the academy of football..💩🤣🤣🤣 can you remember the last time a youngster got a fair crack at playing….moyes would rather extend a 35 year old contract for extra year 🤣🤣..pathetic..i won’t be going again until this message is sorted and that ****et leaves

West Ham would do well making an effort to keep Ben Johnson.
Tilo Kehrer left with good memories of West Ham. If he returned, would he ever play?
If Paqueta stays, fine. If he is sold, one can only hope that the money from his transfer is well spent on bringing in quality players.
Kalvin Phillips may be the price West Ham has to pay if Moyes gets his contract renewed.
