A £100m plus bid from Arsenal for West Ham captain Declan Rice is believed to be imminent.

West Ham want extra Rice/Arsenal clauses

West Ham are still haggling with Arsenal over the Declan Rice transfer but are hopefully be sorted within the next couple of days.

Our major source has revealed that there is an outside chance of it being  concluded today but is likely to be another 48 hours as the two sides dig their heels in.

David Sullivan refuses to budge on his insistence that the cash is paid by the start of 2025 whilst insisting on various other clauses to be written it and according to the Guardian’s Jacob Steinberg the cash will be paid in the summer of 2025.

However the various add ons in the  form of payment clauses on such as Champions League and top four qualification plus a sell on payment is still to be organised and it those which are set to take another 48 hours to organise.

Clearly David Sullivan has fight a fine battle and the Hammers will soon be in a place to commence their own negotiations for wanted players as a result
