Wilshere pips Haller and Lanzini to top spot again

Jack Wilshere has again pipped other West Ham players to the Claret and Hugh man of the match based on several hundred reader ratings analysed.

An inform Wilshere scored the top average score of 7.4 just ahead of Seb Haller on 7.35 and Manuel Lanzini on 7.33. Those were the only three players to warrant a seven score in the Betway cup at the London Stadium on Saturday.

Pablo Fornals was top of the sixes with an average score of 6.82 followed by Felipe Anderson on 6.7, Declan Rice was next on 6.42 followed by Yarmolenko on 6.11, Robert Snodgrass on 6.04 and finally Issa Diop on 6.0.

Top of the fives was Ryan Fredericks on 5.91 followed by Grady Diangana on 5.71, Arthur Masuaku on 5.68, Aaron Cresswell on 5.51 and Fabian Balbuena on 5.37.

Readers were less impressed with the following all of which received an averaged fourscore. Carlos Sanchez led the group with a score of 4.98, Angelo Obbonna was next on 4.85, next was Roberto on 4.65 and in the last place again was Javier Hernandez on 4.58.

      Adrian is better, there is no argument there. Thats said he was on 50k a week, and from what I understand the two new are a lot less combined. We have needed to reduce our wage bill this summer, this will benefit us over the next windows and also avoid friction in the squad
