Zaza’s agent/Dad piles pressure on

|

zaza2Simone Zaza’s father/agent Calcio Mercato has claimed this evening that the Irons will have to buy his mis-firing striker son permanently should he play ten games in the claret and blue.

However, our understanding is, from sources inside the club, that the figure is closer to 16.

Some game playing is cloearly going on from the Italian side possibly aimed at putting pressure on the Zaza scenario after the 25 year old’s highly dodgy start to life in the Premier League.

Speaking today Cacio Mercato declared: “West Ham will be obliged to take him on a permanent deal if he plays 10 games for the club,”

“He has to get used to the new tactics as they are different to those at Juve.”

However, a top insider told ClaretandHugh a few minutes ago: “The manager believes in the player and wants to give him every chance, though AC, Sakho and Ayew should all be back within a month if not sooner-so there will then be massive competition.

Its time he showed us a little of what he has got.I have seen glimpses but not much else.
Im thinking of writing to the Daily Mail to complain about him & the club Lol

  • kevin says:

Always thought it was 15 games untill the obligation to buy was activated ..
One would expect his game to improve by then , but with players coming back from injury it will be a question of priorities for West Ham and how much game time he gets . If pops up with a brace against Sunderland then everything suddenly gets more complicated .

  • Alfie says:

Thats naughty Tone i see what you did there.
Yeah apparently grassing the club up to the press in some way is ment to be helpful to the club at the moment.Something else for other fans to laugh about.Top work i say from Totten Ham Til I Die

  • sweetfannyadams says:

What’s tactics got to do with controlling the ball and shooting on target? Anyhow, if he plays like this when his contract is dependent on his selection/performance, what’s he going to play like when it doesn’t?

  • essexclarets says:

Most of our new signings will come good, we were lucky last season when all our signings hit the ground running. They need time to get used the PL, judge them at xmas. If they are still ***** then bin them off lol 😉

    • RickHammer says:

You swear too much essex.I just read your rear up on Wet Pants.Language Timothy 😀

      • essexclarets says:

  • Michael Miller says:

As it stands he’s really shown nothing and is just making up the numbers – and I understand the figure is supposed to be £24 million, which is just ridiculous!

You don’t want to be unfair to these guys but he’s shown nothing – let him jog on!

  • jimbo says:

We should sign his Dad instead – Looks like he is sharper than his boy! And I could read between the lines of the message from the “top insider” – Get your finger out over the next two games or you’ll be playing PL2 games.

Anyone know if Everton have a similar clause by the way cos I know of a striker there who ain’t digging up any trees!

    • RickHammer says:

I hope not Jimbo. With any luck they have him for the season.Btw who was it on here said Koeman would turn him into a goal machine. That was a cracker of a comment.

  • RickHammer says:

Him & the club are running out of games on this one.He either needs to get his ass in to gear,we play to strengths if he has any or we bin him off before we have to cough up the moohlah.

  • jimbo says:

I think Koeman’s got more chance of turning water into wine RickHammer! He’ll be back with his tail between his legs and with half the £11m valuation we had on him. We will end up offering a BOGOF deal for him and Tore at this rate!

  • baddowhammer says:

Daddy’s panicking must have a few holidays booked ,at the moment he’ll be lucky to get a weekend in Grimsby. COYI

  • jj61 says:

Dear Hugh,Calcio Mercato means Football Market…so it can’t be Zaza’s Dad name..

  • Alfie says:

Yep you are right mate,i noticed that but didnt have the heart to point it out.I might write to the Daily Mail to complain instead 😉
