Chelski t##t who didn’t bother to check his facts out before opening his mouth/tweeting. Fails to remember that the stadium can be used by anyone who wants to rent it during the summer. Rugby, athlectics, school events, motor sport, concerts & many more. But the cost only relates to west ham being able to use it.
The Hammers only have use of the Stadium for 25 days a year, 340 days we have no say in what happens, hardly being subsidised by Londoners is it, we are paying a good rate for our 25 days a year.

When we look at the big percentages of Catering profits and naming rights that we have to pay, it’s not just the 2 million fixed rent to be payed. It becomes more like up to 10 million per year.
