Harry Redknapp is slowly becoming the master of the self b….y evident as Basil Fawlty once said of Sybil!
The former Hammers chief seems to have far too much time on his hands since marching out of Loftus Road and is regularly trying to make himself heard on any topic which comes through the old car window.
Be it Kicca, Twitter, The Sun, Telegraph, Mirror or, as is the case on this occasion, the London Evening Standard, Harry has an opinion however bland.
In the space of seven short paragraphs he makes two points which were they to have been uttered by anyone else would have been kicked straight in the dustbin.
He said:
1/ Dimitri Payet’s a snip at £10,5 million and looks the real deal – and
2/ Slav would have been under pressure had we lost to Newcastle! Surely not!
In fairness to the bloke he’s always been pretty good with the media during his managerial career but it’s coming to the point where some believe his name alone can carry a “story.”
I’m sure that if he really tried he could give us some big insights into Slav’s modus operandi given that he brought him here or how the new manager is going to develop West Ham over two or three years.
But if the best he can do is tell us Payet looks tasty and that Slav couldn’ afford to get beat against the Geordies he might just be better off taking Rosie for a walk!
As and oldy I know it’s hard to move on but to many older ex managers and players can’t

While I don’t have a lot of time for him these days and what he stated was fairly obvious, I don’t really feel he’s done a lot wrong. He’s nowhere near the same/bad as those other poor pundits that seem incapable of moving on from the previous incumbent.
Onky probkem with H is the fact that he says so much he forgets what he has said,lol.In the space of a few weeks he told people we would be in the bottom half of the table,would be absolutely fine & in the top ten,that replacing Sammy was a risk & could cost us dearly & that Slaven was a great decision & will have us cruising in the league,lol.He has so many media commitments these days he gets himself in a tangle about what he has said from one day to the next 😉

That Dale muppet screwed right up banning Bellend.It might have been to the liking of a few but it is a lot less fun on there now.Barely been there this week to be honest.The fun has gone big time.Bellend might have had his faults but him & a few others certainly kept the convos going when there wasnt much to talk about with an article.Still,the few that didnt like him are happy now 😉

I loved TC as a player and I know he is one of us but he does boil my p*ss sometimes with his negativity when everything is going well, it’s Moses turn this week, TC is worried about him staying fit and losing confidence, why say it?
He is more of an agony aunt then a pundit,very similar to Harry just to scared to make a prediction and stick to it,

TC is a splinter arse.He was always sitting on the fence & was one of the main ‘Becareful what you wish for’ preachers while Hippohead was manager,now he has changed his tune & is saying what a wonderful appointment Bilic is.He has writen countless articles over the last year that have been contradictory.He just plays the game.Dont forget he also works for the club sometimes.I believe he was at the reservation centre on occasion & the OS,he does other club stuff.He only ever offers diluted p*ss poor opinions anyway.

Anyone would think Hugh is jealous of Harry but I guess you can see why – Harry gets paid more and appears in more places.
