PNE v Irons goals and highlights

|

There was no effective stream of the Hammers game at Preston North End today leaving the t fans frustrated and annoyed for the second time in a week.

But somebody somewhere managed to get the action sorted as we show here.

The Hammers of course drew 2-2 with a couple of goals from Marko Arnautovic and the second really is something to behold.

He and Andriy Yarmelenko really are class acts on the strength of what we can see here and even the once totally written off Robert Snodgrass is starting to look as though he has a role to play in the team.

Watch out too for a wonderful piece of defending from Declan Rice and the totally composed approach of his central defensive partner Issa Diop.

Ryan Fredericks too looks a serious threat in what by all accounts was a pretty competitive affair despite the fact that the season is still three weeks away.

No matter how many they employ in defence, it will remain a free-for-all until the issue of leadership is addressed.
The defence has no leader and, from what I have seen, the nearest suited to the role is actually Rice (assuming Zabaletta will be a bit-part player this coming season).
As usual, they all look wonderful, going forward.
    Not an encouraging indictment.
