Sam keep Antonio in suspense

|

sammy1Sam Allardyce is keeping Hammers fans in suspense – as was always the way 🙂 – over whether he will hand Michail Antonio his  chance in tonght’s international against Slovakia.

As revealed earlier this week the starting line-up does not include the Hammer but he has been named among 11 subs for the game.

Antonio has rocketed into Sam’s plans for his first game in charge but the bucaneering wide man will have to wait for his chance with baited breath.

That’s nothing new for Michail and we at ClaretandHugh are rooting for him as he awaits his chance on what would be a first call up and first international bow.

He is among exalted company on the bench whic icludes Jamie Vardy. Daniel Sturridge, Chis Smalling and Nat Cline.

Hammers co chairman David Sullivanhas expressed his delight for Michail and David Gold said: “Whatever happens tonight as a club we are very proud of the lad and the fans will all be rooting for him.
