Sullivan hits out at United late arrival

|

sullivan_5535cDavid Sullivan has hit out at Manchester United’s late arrival and claimed they should have made better arrangements to get to the Boleyn.

United arrived at 7.10 pm with Rooney claiming Hammers fans had smashed the team coach windows but Sullivan was more concerned at the delay to the kick off.

Speaking on Sky Sports One he said: “I think the police and the officials have been kind to United. If it had been left to me they would have been forced to kick off at 7.45.

“But it is what it is and it’s now an 8.30 pm kick off which is hard on the fans because we have a show organised for afterwards and they have last buses and trains to catch,”
