This is the team we’d all have picked…probably

|

ogbonaaaIt’s surely the team the vast majority would have picked and I can’t imagine there are many complaints!

As predicted Pedro Obiang and Angelo Ogbonna are back and that will add real strength  to the back four and midfield.

James Tomkins has paid the price for some unforced errors this season but another less than average show from Carl Jenkinson could see him return into the right back assuming Ogbonna performs as well as we expect.

And with Mauro Zarate and Manuel Lanzini making the Argentine connection behind Diafra Sakho through the middle, we look to have plenty of flair.

The dropping of Andy Carroll was  inevitable and Slav bowed to the majority view as he returns to the system he clearly prefers to play.

It’s gonna be tough and bruising but ClaretandHugh is going for a 2-0 win as we look to get things back on track.

    so far Ogbonna is awful.

I can’t believe we keep picking Moses

Jenkinson and Moses were rubbish again.
But we were unlucky in the end and watching Lanzini,Zarate and Kouyate is worth every penny,
Would not have taken Obiang off maybe Carroll for Moses would have been better,
But anyone could see before the season started that right back was going to cost us points and probably a European spot,
Oxford must have a run if Tomkins is not going to play there,
Sloppy point loss but better than last week,
