EXCLUSIVE: Irons dismiss links to Turkish striker

|

Reports that Turkish goal ace  Burak Yilmaz  is lined up for a move to West Ham are well wide of the mark.

Claims coming out of Turkey tonight suggest the deal is all but done – which is surprising news to the West Ham power brokers!

The 30-year-old remains at the centre of rumours claiming the Hammers are set to complete a deal at between £9-10 million.

But ClaretandHugh was told exclusively: “That’s all news to us!

“We know about the player, but the chances of him joining us are no more than 10 per cent!”

Turkish media had claimed the striker was set to sign a three-year deal worth around £48,000-a-week.

But that is way wide of the mark, according to senior executives at the Boleyn.

I still think we should go back and see what Negredo’s deal is offering, to be fair I haven’t really heard a lot or seen a lot of this Yilmaz fella but his goal ratio looks good

I fear Negredo will never recover his early Citeh form. He looked perfect for the Premier League and hit the ground running but injury after injury led to him moving back to Spain. There must be reason why Valencia will already listen to offers for him and that’s because he’s on high wages but a shadow of his former self, his form has left him for good. When we tried to sign him all those years ago he would have been awesome! Not right for us now though.

With the look of our side at the moment we need a player to lead the line not sure that’s Yilmaz,s thing but agree Negrado is similar to Carroll with better feet,
Sakho showed a lot of character last week playing by himself he worked non stop made good runs and never wasted the ball,
