West Ham fans – currently voting in our latest poll are coming to an overwhelming verdict on whether the club should pay Mark Arnautovic £200k a week – or close to it – to remain at the club.
ClaretandHugh launched the poll last night after morning newspaper reports claimed that such a demand had been made on the club and it was later confirmed to us by our own sources that his brother/agent Danijel had made the request .
The issue has dominated the Hammers headlines but fans voting in our poll have made it clear that the club really should not bow to such requests.
We asked the simple question: “Should West Ham pay Marko £200,000 a week” and although polling continues as the number of votes cast passes 1,000 the response is clear cut.
Currently in response to the option that we should pay him what he wants just 243 agree (20.93 per cent).
Those deciding that we should not because it breaks our pay structure total 918 (79.07 per cent).

Strange that last summer when he signed from Stoke he was only too pleased to accept what he was offered financially together with a long contract.What has happened in the mean time.He has had a little success with us,scored a few goals and all of a sudden he’s become a superstar.Not for me,he’s good but not £200,000 good.
Sell him on … 200k a week his no Harry Kane, 45-50m would buy a great younger player on a fraction of his money and also free the salary to give Rice a decent contact and build for the future ⚒
