Hammers looking for offers

|

By Hughie Southon

West Ham will be looking to raise funds via fire sale at the club this January.

The big hope is that Arthur Masuaku will be fit to return to the Beskitas side and that  a £13 million deal can be completed early.

Darren Randolph – who has played 45 minutes in the last season and a half is also available at a knockdown £1 million.

Had we not so many defensive issues which remain unresolved – Aguerd and Zouma – a question mark would be hanging over Ben Johnson where no new contract agreement is in sight despite him neing out of contract in the summer.

Harrison Ashby too looks to be on his way of course to Newcastle whilst Manu Lanzini is another for whom offers would be entertained given he is in his 30th year and has a year left on his current deal.

However, although cash is short and sales would be welcome, the club can expect to receive a major injection of cash next summer with the possible £100 million sale of Declan on the cards.

  • Pessimist says:

Arthur Masuaku any offers above an old two shilling piece. Harrison Ashby thirty pieces of silver.

  • Bullet68 says:

Could say the same for Arthur, there’s no one silly enough to pay £13million for him I know?!

  • hammerpete6 says:

We might have to pay someone to take Arthur off our hands 😎

  • Michael Miller says:

The only one who’s worth anything is Ashby and that will only be a nominal amount because of his Contract running out in the summer – maybe you might get a million for Lanzini but I wouldn’t hold your breath! 🙄
