Brazilan team São Paulo have confirmed their interest in signing Jonathan Calleri during a press conference. Football director José Jacobson Neto said the club want the player despite problems with his third party ownership.
He told reporters: “I think we lack a number nine, otherwise, I think we’re well prepared for this first semester. Calleri is interested, but there is the problem with the investor group, who paid a lot for him and want him to stay in European football, even if he doesn’t stay in West Ham.
“São Paulo can’t invest anything, it’s out of our reality. In addition, a six-month loan does not interest us. I can’t bring Calleri for a short time again. Last year, we had the Libertadores.”
Calleri played for São Paulo between January and July last year scoring 16 goals for the club. The story claims a group of investors purchased the player for €10m from Boca Juniors.

Our agreement is with Maldonado the owners of that club are presumably the investors, I think you are probably right MM and it is 3rd party ownership although under a different format which makes it legal (at least I hope so) .

Yeah it was explained in an article i read somewhere,it aint another Tevez at all with regards to the third party ownership.So calm yourself Michael 😁
