Slaven Bilic has been sent an emphatic “play Javier Hernandez in his proper position’ message from West Ham fans.
The Mexican – who may even find himself on the bench tomorrow – has been played in a wider left sided role since the return of Andy Carroll.
And that has caused a massive reaction on social media with many fans calling for him to be played in what is seen as his natural central role.
And the same view is heavily reflected in a ClaretandHugh poll which asked whether he should be played through the middle, out wide, or whether we should trust the manager to make that call.
Early this evening (Fri) going on for 1200 votes had been cast and the result was in no doubt whatsoever.
A total of 897 voted that he should be played through the middle with just eight wanting him to remain on the left. Just 222 voters thought it best to let the manager make the decision,
you are really persistent in making a case about little pea position in our squad..and what your little poll result proves?…seems to me that you are holding a case against manager .
The fans have spoken. Perhaps we should hold a vote every Thursday to pick the team for Bilic and he has to go with it too? But then who would we blame when it went tits up? Oh yes, each other. COYI
