Let’s hope Rice optimism doesn’t end in failure

|

Declan Rice has put his head on the block for the game against Leicester City at the weekend.

Like everybody else he was thrilled to bits with yesterday’s performance by a team that had been written off as having gone on their holidays.

And like the rest of us couldn’t believe we were beaten by a Manchester United team via two dodgy penalties which really should have been ruled out and would have been via VAR had it been available.`

In expressing his pleasure however, Dec has decided to reveal that he believes that may mean for the next game claiming there are many positives to take into our next match.

The possibility of scoring a double over United in their own back yard was enormous but we have seen before what cvan happen against the so called lesser teams.

Declan tweeted: “Unbelievable team performance today.. gutted to loose the way we did! But we have many positives to take into our next match! Big thank you to our fans that travelled! We go again next week❤️⚒.

It would be nice to finish the season with nothing less than the standard we saw set at OT.
